Q: When will my order ship? 

A: All paid orders will ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment (excludes weekends & holidays). Standard shipping will be processed via USPS, tracking notification will be sent via email. 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your ordered is processed you can visit www.shoptobu.com, scroll to the bottom of the website and click "Track Order". 

Q: My order hasn't been received yet and it shows your package will arrive later than expected but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility. What should I do?

A: Please contact your local USPS. If after contacting the shipping provider, you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at support@shoptobu.com and someone will be happy to assist you. 

Q: Can I get a refund/store credit?

A: Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases from state to state, we will no longer allow returns or exchanges to ensure the health of our team members until further notice.
